HI, my name is Kaiyan P.

I am a Toronto based fine art portrait photographer. Photography is an art form of daily life around us. Capturing the mood of the day or even the mood of the people around us tells a simple story.

My curiosity with photography started around 2008 with a small digital camera. I would set up some printing paper to act like a background and photograph a bowl of ice cream, and then played around with it on an editing software.

I was fascinated with street photography as I progressed, specially when it involves the captured moments of individual people on their day to day life. From there I transitioned to portraiture.

I wanted to create memories and stories with my photography just like the Old Master painters before us. I want my photography to capture the beauty of life.
